Interface features
Patterns: The range of models on offer is constantly evolving. Choose from over 50 patterns, including plant, honeycomb, abstract, and more. For a more regular selection of patterns, please visit our store at pannel-perfo.com.
Transparency: The transparency level varies between 5% and 70%, depending on the type of pattern and borders. The user can choose the thickness in relation to the selected transparency level.
Borders: The minimum border width is 5 mm, with no maximum limit, allowing you to have a solid area.
Colors and paint: All RAL colors are available in different powder coating textures, to get ever closer to your ideal requirement.
Material and thickness: for decorative purposes, we offer a wide range of materials in several different thicknesses, from 15/10th to 30/10th of an inch thick.
• Raw steel with a thickness of 15/10 to 40/10 for structures that will subsequently be welded and painted. Under no circumstances can the parts be used raw, as they are susceptible to oxidation. Machining operations increase scratches and surface defects, which can be eliminated by brushing or painting.
• Galvanized steel with a thickness of 15/10 to 30/10 for structures that will subsequently be welded and painted. The parts can be used raw because the cut edges are susceptible to oxidation. Machining operations increase scratches and surface defects, which will be removed by painting.
• Raw aluminum with a thickness of 20/10 to 30/10 for decorative elements that will subsequently be welded. Under no circumstances can the parts be used raw as they are susceptible to oxidation. Machining operations cause scratches and surface defects that can be removed by brushing or painting. For a metallic effect, we recommend brushing followed by anodizing to avoid scratches and fingerprints.
• Anodized aluminum with a thickness of 20/10 to 30/10 for decorative elements with colorful metallic reflections. The original material will be a shade of anodizable aluminum, which is chemically more stable and more precise, and must be protected by a plastic film to prevent surface scratches.
• 304L stainless steel with a thickness of 15/10 to 20/10 for openwork panels with better weather resistance. A pickling, passivation, or electrolytic polishing step will provide complete protection for the metal. We always recommend a degreasing and brushing step to improve the appearance and reduce fingerprints.
• 15/10 brass thickness for panels with solid gold colors. A brushing treatment accompanied by a varnish or patina to give a unique color.
The customer can choose the material and thickness for each product. Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions.
Panel format: The maximum panel size is limited to 3000 x 1500 mm or 1500 x 3000 mm, depending on the orientation you choose. These large dimensions are generally cut by our customers or mounted on a frame with internal reinforcement stiffeners. Never use a single piece without professional advice.
The standard formats used in the industry are 1200 x 800 mm and 1000 x 2000 mm.
Delivery time: The production start dates at the top of the page indicate the exact day on which we will begin the manufacturing process. Public holidays and annual vacations may delay this date and extend the delivery time for decorative sheets.
Price: Production costs vary depending on dimensions, material waste rate, thickness, size, color, changes in raw material prices, promotional periods, and discount codes. As a result, the price of the same product may change between two periods.
