Change material and thickness
When using the decorative perforated sheet metal configurator, you can customize the material and thickness of the mashrabiya screen. From 2 mm thick galvanized steel to 3 mm thick aluminum, you can also choose from 2 mm stainless steel, 1.5 mm brass, or 4 mm raw steel, depending on the sheet metal cut. How to pay?

- Payment within 30 days is only possible if you are a business customer and have a Partner account.
How can I increase my discounts, become a Pro, or become a Partner?
- The price of decorative perforated sheet metal is calculated for each change in size, bending, or color. To obtain the lowest price for sheet metal, adjust the finishes according to your needs.
- The discount on your shopping cart increases according to the volume purchased. The more items you order, the greater the discount will be applied at checkout.
- To obtain permanent discounts, you can upgrade to Pro Dampere status Dampere filling out this form and providing your Siret number or intra-community VAT number.
- To pay within 30 days, you must demonstrate a high volume of orders and apply for Dampere Partner status Dampere completing this form.

Change the delivery address
You can change your delivery address before triggering the production of the decorative sheet metal in the My Account/Addresses section. If the production date has passed, then the custom cutting service has already begun and your instructions have been forwarded to the logistics department. In this case, you must quickly send us the precise delivery details, including your current cell phone number, in an email to dampere
Cancel my order
- Any order can be canceled up until the day before it goes into production. This date is indicated in the order confirmation email you receive.
- From My Orders, you will find a direct link allowing you to cancel your order. If this link is not displayed, then your order has already gone into production.
- The order cancellation fees are as follows:
- No cancellation fees if you cancel online the day before production begins.
- A cancellation fee of 40% will be charged if you cancel by email on the day of production. You should receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes. If you do not receive a response, your email has not been processed; please contact us immediately at +32 2 808 19 06.
- Cancellation fee of 90% of the order amount if you cancel the day after production begins. Only transportation costs will be refunded.
Delivery time?
The delivery time for your order depends on the production start date indicated on the configurator. Orders in production are sent directly to production and you will receive your package within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the size of the package and the delivery department. The order confirmation email will confirm the corresponding dates.

Come and collect the package yourself
Packages follow a logistics route established in advance by our logistics team. You can choose a different delivery address for your package, but it is not possible to collect items from our offices.
If there is a problem accessing the delivery address or there are no unloading facilities at your location, we can deliver to a nearby warehouse with all the necessary logistics facilities. This change will incur additional logistics costs.
Is my order incorrect?
To report a production or delivery issue, please email us at dampere with details of the problem, including photos so that we can understand the cause of the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Get a sample refunded
On each page of patterns available online, there is a button to order a sample.
The sample is in a fixed format of 490 x 490 mm, in 1.5 mm galvanized steel, unpainted.
If you would like a refund for the pre-tax amount of the sample, simply follow these steps:
- Submit a refund request by email, chat, or phone
- Reuse the envelope provided to package the sample to be returned (the envelope has a special strip to seal it a second time).
- Print the return label we provide and stick it on the envelope.
- Post the envelope
- Upon receipt of the envelope, we check the sample.
- We will refund the sample (amount excluding tax and shipping costs) within a maximum of 30 days.
