• Any order can be canceled up until the day before it goes into production. This date is indicated in the order confirmation email you receive.

• The order cancellation fees are as follows:
  • No cancellation fees if you cancel online the day before production begins.

If you would like a refund for the pre-tax amount of the sample, simply follow these steps:

2. Reuse the envelope provided to package the sample to be returned (the envelope has a special strip to seal it a second time).
3. Print the return label we provide and stick it on the envelope.
4. Post the envelope
