We manufacture according to production protocols designed for two optimized scenarios:

• Less than 5 m² in panels smaller than 1200 x 800 mm, with 10 designs and 10 colors, transport costs are reduced and the parts are easy to produce.
• more than 30 m² in panels smaller than 2000 x 1000 mm with no restrictions on patterns or colors.

Here are a few tips to get the price for your order:

• Format: 1200 x 800 mm or 800 x 1200 mm is optimal; any dimensions smaller than these sizes will reduce the shipping cost.
• Material: 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel. Please note that some designs require a greater thickness depending on their cut and the position of the mounting brackets.
• Reason: a "Best Seller" selection consisting of 10 regularly programmed designs helps reduce costs.
• Color: a "Best Seller" selection of everyday colors allows you to combine your order with the same batch of paint

• Quantity: placing two or more pieces of the same size on the same Production Order ensures better use of raw materials, reduces waste, and improves tool productivity, which directly translates into lower prices.
• Volume: if you buy more tiles, you will receive an additional discount at checkout. If you order 30 m², you will pay less than 1 m² thanks to the volume effect. Volume discounts are applied at checkout by calculating the total value of your purchases.

To understand price variations directly on the interface, the price will be adjusted per item as soon as you change the configurator settings. This is calculated based on the chosen pattern, the quantity of raw material used plus the waste rate depending on the size of the panel, the price of the paint used, and the powder loss when starting up the powder coating booth. Everything is adjusted according to your specifications. A global discount is granted at the end of your purchase based on the volume ordered.
